NexHire is a Jakarta-based recruitment firm specializing in sales and commercial roles, from junior to mid-management. We were founded by in-house hiring leaders who spent years building teams inside multinationals. We know what a hiring manager needs from a recruiter, because we used to be the hiring manager's partner.

Jessica leads NexHire. She brings 14+ years of HR and talent acquisition leadership across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, most recently as Talent Acquisition Lead and then Senior HR Business Partner at Abbott.
She has hired across healthcare, FMCG and financial services, including sales, commercial and field teams, and has run Management Associate programs from campus to management.
