1. Who we are

PT Koneksi Bakat Indonesia, trading as NexHire ("NexHire", "we") is a recruitment firm at GoWork Pacific Place, Pacific Place Mall, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No. 52–53, Jakarta Selatan 12190. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: jessica@nexhire.id.

2. What we collect

From candidates: name, contact details, LinkedIn profile, CV, work history, education, salary expectations, and notes from our conversations and interviews.
From clients and enquirers: name, work email, phone, company, role and the details of your hiring needs.
From website visitors: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, through essential cookies and, only if you accept, Google Analytics cookies (see section 8).

3. Why we use it

To assess candidates for current and future roles and to contact them about opportunities.
To present a candidate to a prospective employer, only with the candidate's permission for each role.
To respond to enquiries and deliver our services to clients.
To meet legal and contractual obligations.

We process candidate data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit your CV. Client data is processed to respond to your request and to perform our agreement with you.

4. Who we share it with

Prospective employers, only with your permission.
Service providers that host our website, forms, email and files (Netlify, Google and Sanity). Some of these store data on servers outside Indonesia; we use providers with appropriate safeguards in place.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

We never sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Candidate data is kept for 3 years after our last contact, so we can consider you for future roles, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

6. Your rights

Under UU PDP you may ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or object to its processing. Email jessica@nexhire.id and we will respond within the time the law requires.

7. Security

We protect personal data with access controls and secure, reputable service providers. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are read and how people find us. Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with . We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with its date.
